Refund Policy

RodentMetrics sells prepaid credits for digital rodent-video analysis services. One credit represents one minute of video analysis. Purchased credits do not expire, and all credit packages are one-time purchases with no recurring subscription.

Refund eligibility

You may contact pcbyazilimarge@gmail.com to request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the purchased credits have not been used. Eligibility is also subject to applicable law and Paddle’s applicable buyer and refund terms. Include the account email and transaction reference needed to locate the purchase, but do not send payment-card details.

Used credits

Credits already consumed for completed video analysis are generally non-refundable because the digital analysis service has been delivered. Requests involving partially used purchases will be reviewed based on the transaction, credit usage and applicable rights.

Duplicate or erroneous charges

Report a duplicate or erroneous charge to pcbyazilimarge@gmail.com with the relevant transaction reference. RodentMetrics will review the credit ledger and payment record with the applicable payment provider.

Technical failures

If a verified technical failure prevents RodentMetrics from delivering the purchased service, contact support for investigation and an appropriate resolution. Credits reserved for an analysis are released by the implemented billing workflow when processing fails.

How approved refunds are processed

For purchases completed through Paddle Checkout, Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and handles payment processing, applicable transaction taxes, and approved monetary refunds through its payment infrastructure. RodentMetrics does not directly return funds to a bank account or payment card. This policy does not override applicable law, Paddle’s applicable buyer or refund terms, or Paddle’s Merchant-of-Record obligations.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
